ProEye™100 Versatile In-Line P&P Process Analyzer
Meet ProEye™100, the measuring tool that uses a unique technique to figure out the properties of the pulp. It measures the responses of strobed LED lights from the furnish and gives you a real-time reading of the pulp’s properties. This way, operations can make better decisions. ProEye™100 can measure two things at once, like consistency and freeness, or ash and consistency. It’s perfect for chemical, mechanical, and recycle pulp and paper machines. And the best part? It doesn’t need any maintenance. Unlike other online measurement tools, ProEye™100 gives you accurate, real-time measurements, so you can control your process more precisely. ProEye™100 Applications
The ProEye™100 Remote Touchscreen Monitor (RTM) lets you choose which applications you want to use with the transmitter. You can pick from options like Consistency, Freeness, Fiber Length, Ash Content, HW/SW Ratio, Kappa, Shives, Retention, Viscosity, Brightness, etc. You can install the RTM up to 50 feet away from the sensor location. It has 4 binary inputs, 4 relay outputs, and two 4-20ma outputs. All connections are active. The RTM has an intuitive, menu-driven programming system with a 7-inch color touchscreen that makes setting it up, calibrating it, and troubleshooting a breeze. It runs on Windows 11, which makes it easy to use.

Simple Setup and Calibration
Setting up the measurement range and calibrating the ProEye™100 is a breeze. You can do it through the menus or by connecting it to the PI system for correlation calculations with Lab samples. The Analyzer does all the heavy lifting - it tracks the Lab samples automatically and adjusts the measurement settings without any need for your intervention. It’s got an impressive math library that can do correlation, regression, statistical calculations, and predictive modeling, so you can be sure that your measurements are accurate and reliable..
